It was such a special Sunday service that took place @UW Meany Hall on 10.28.2007. The "old" founding 90-year-old pastor of ECC, Rev. Pastor Shen delivered a very thought-provoking message to a packed congregation. Welcome to the World, Babies ...!

Congratulations to Fred & Tiffany !! For what, you might ask ...well, they just gave birth ...oops, I mean, Tiffany just gave birth to a baby boy Daniel, a healthy 7 pound & 7 ounce! Yes, another new life born into this world - God has a good plan for this baby.

Now, the real question is ...is Daniel going to play on the baseball or football team ???!!!????


Well, before you know it, God also brought another baby to this wonderful world ...Congratulations to James & Cindy !! Yes, you definitely have your hands full.

May God bless the babies and the parents abundantly.

The Season of ...Harvest (and Pumpkins) is Here!

*** Looks like the weather may not cooperate this Saturday. We will need to cancel the hiking outing if the rain starts to come down like crazy ...after all, we don't want to get wet and catch cold, right? ;-) Stay tuned as we will confirm this event on Friday ***

Hiking Bear says ...it's time to go hiking !! Yes, the weather is cooler - this means it will be more comfortable when we hit the Trail. If you look around, you are probably surrounded by falling leaves and trees full of leaves turning colors. This is one of the most beautiful times of the year in Seattle. Let's head out and smell the fresh air!

This SUNDAY, October 14, our MICHAEL Liu will be BAPTISED at ECC (Seattle), Mandarin Service.

Please join us in celebrating this joyous event with Michael. Service will be starting at 11:00 am, and we will be sitting at the front row, left hand side (piano side). Afterwards, to continue celebrating, there will be a dinner PARTY at 5:30 pm at Michael and Justina's house. Don't be late and be ready to eat some yummy food, play games, and have a great time of fellowship! So, East-siders, wake up a little earlier to make the trek, and English service members don't leave so soon! See you there!
