Giving of Thanks

Arkers & friends gathered at the Treehouse on Thanksgiving.
More abundant than the food were the joyful spirits and thankful hearts.

"Glory to God in the highest, and on earth, good will toward men." Luke 2:14

Missional Church Project Launch

We are determined to respond in faith-- to obey Jesus and "make disciples of all nations." (Matt 28:19)
All meaningful relationships take time and patience, especially one that begins with sharing the gospel to nonbelievers with the hope that one day, they will become believers who are then ultimately nurtured intoof disciples Christ.  With love, we embark on this long journey because we know by God's ultimate example through the sacrifice of "His one and only begotten Son" (John 3:16), that the greatest of these is love... (1 Cor 13:13)

Mr. Small's Journey in Rome Part I (Acts 21-23)

Paul, whose Roman name means 'small or humble' in Latin, is an iconic character in the New Testament and because of God's work through him, the gospel was zealously spread to Gentiles like us.  We learned a lot about God's awesomeness through Mr. Small's missional journey in our studies of Acts and had the opportunity to reenact parts of it @ Jerrold's Treehouse friday night...

Mr. Small, blinded by bright light, falls into the hands of God's mercy.
Jojo & Jerrold were shocked... :O
Great performance, Mr. Small!

He then goes from preaching on high steps,
to being flogged, admired and protected by Commander Dee...

We wrap up the night Ark-style: with dessert & celebrating life:

Happy 19th birthday, dearest Chin!!
