Everyone took turn and really got hands-on making different kinds of California rolls & Hand rolls ...a very addictive activity ...what was your favorite sushi roll ?? Mine was the "Ark Roll" made by Justina - with all the right ingredients plus unagi that just came out of the oven ...!
